Prestige Spring Heights Maintenance Charge is Rs. 65 per sq. ft. The builder collects an advance maintenance fee from all buyers for 1 year. Once the property is possessed, the homeowners' association will determine the monthly maintenance fees, which will range from Rs. 5 per sq. ft. This amount is to ensure the entire area remains in clean condition and operates without any hassle.

The maintenance charges include
- Housekeeping fee: The salary that has to be paid to those who clean all common areas of the property.
- Power Backup: This is the amount for generators for houses and all common areas in terms of power failure.
- Water Charges: These are the amount that has to be paid by every house owner based on the water they use. A water meter is there to measure water usage, and the amount will be paid based on that.
- Electricity Bills: These are the charges that have to be paid for EB for all common areas like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gardens, play area, etc.
- Security Fee: The security guards who are at the entrance cabin will be paid a salary.
- Garbage Charges: The amount spent on the garbage process in the project.
